先日、Twitter API のアカウントが一度凍結され、復活したものの、再び凍結されてしまい、結局、問い合わせができなくなってしまいました。困り果てた状態です。
しかし、今回は同様に tumblr も凍結（解約）されたため、その経緯を記しておこうと思います。
突然の解約
ある日、なんとなく tumblr にアクセスしてみると、「あなたのアカウントは解約されました。」と大きく表示されています。
tumblr は、そこそこ使ってきて、特になにも変えたこともないのに、原因がわかりません。もちろん、Twitter 同様、tumblr からも何もメールも来ていません。
問合せ
「あなたのアカウントは解約されました。」の下に、「サポートまでご連絡」とありますので、クリックしてみます。
そうすると、Twitter と違って、サポートフォームが表示されましたので、英語で説明を求めます。
- しばらく使っていること
- 特になにも変えていないこと
- ポリシー違反は覚えが無いこと
- 凍結を解いて欲しいこと
